Paul Newman film rescheduled for Feb. 14
Hud (1963), the second movie of our Paul Newman Film Festival, was canceled Saturday, January 17, due to a power outage associated with Kingswood Building fire on Grandview Avenue.
The film has been rescheduled for Saturday, February 14, at 2 pm.

No one played an anti-hero quite like the late Paul Newman. In tribute to this screen legend, the Grandview Library presents NEWMANIA!, a series of classic films showcasing the actor in four of his greatest roles. A discussion follows each film.
- January 10: Cat on a Hot Tin Roof (1958)
An alcoholic ex-football player struggles to reconcile with his wife & father. Co-starring Elizabeth Taylor.
- January 31: Cool Hand Luke (1967)
A gutsy prisoner refuses to submit to a Southern prison camp. Oscar-winner. - February 7: The Life and Times of Judge Roy Bean (1972)
A western about hard justice, based on the real frontier judge. Directed by John Huston. - February 14 (Rescheduled from January 17): Hud (1963)
An arrogant, modern cowboy clashes with his rigid father. Winner of three Oscars.
