Art Exhibit Submissions

Artists are invited to view guidelines and spaces and submit proposals for consideration to exhibit at the library.

Monthly art exhibitions are on view in designated areas on the library’s second level.

Exhibits are presented in partnership with the Grandview Heights/Marble Cliff Arts Council.

To get ready for Thanksgiving, look back through your photos.

Which image would you pick to represent what you are most thankful for?

Submit your favorite photo to the Grandview Heights Public Library photo contest!

Selected photos will be exhibited at the library.

Email a high-quality image to whartman@ghpl.org; include the photographer’s name and age (feel free to include location, title, description, etc.)
Winners will be selected by GHPL staff. The top 10 selections will be printed as an 8×10 and framed for display in the library, on the 2nd floor, during the month of November 2024. Winners will be notified via the email address used to enter the contest.
Professional photographers are excluded from the contest. Library staff/volunteers/board members cannot participate.
By submitting the photo, you are agreeing that your photo can be used by the library for potential display and marketing purposes; that the photo is your own work to share; and that all easily discernable subjects in the photo have given permission to be included.
Only one photo may be entered per person. If more than one photo is included in the email submission, only the first photo will be entered.
Photo content must be appropriate for Library display as stated in Public Services Policy 1.52.

Submit photos with captions/recollections of your cherished memories and unforgettable experiences at the library throughout the years.

Send them to pr@ghpl.org.
You can also drop them off at the library, and we’ll scan them and return them to you.
Selected photos will be added to a new GHPL Historical Timeline.
